Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@trimsy.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trimsy.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trimsy, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
